Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS
30ML (1 Shot) Tasteology Salted Caramel Syrup
120ML Mr Black Coffee Liquor
60ML Espresso (if possible chilled)
Lots of Ice
6 coffee beans (garnish)
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard, don’t rock (the more you shake the fluffier the foam on your martini) and then strain into a coupe or martini glass.
3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
NOTES
I suggest you only make a maximum of 2 Martinis at a time or you’ll overfill your cocktail shaker.
You don’t have to use Mr Black you could use Kahlua and Vodka.
